Railway Curry

The most authentic curry you can have.
Slow cooked lamb or chicken on the bone, home-style traditional cooking with intense flavours.
Also known as staff curry.
This mouth-watering, rich curry was once cooked by the chefs working on the Indian railways in the early 1900s, when traveling by train was considered aristocratic. This wonderful curry was served in railway refreshment rooms and only in First Class cabins on long distance trains throughout the Indian subcontinent.
